Hotel Policy
- Check-in Time: 1500hrs | Check-out time: 1200hrs
Early arrival will be subject to availability. Late departure will be levied a half day charge and is strictly based on room availability.
- Cancellation:
If cancelled, modified or in cases of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged.
- Payment:
Full booking item amount will be charged on the day of booking. The reservation is Non-refundable and cannot be amended or modified. Deposit required upon arrival for check in at hotel.
- Meal included:
Breakfast included for 02 persons per room.
- Request of extra beds or baby cot:
Extra bed is available with an extra charge. Bookings with extra bed shall be reconfirmed again upon check in as it is subject to room availability upon arrival. Extra bed is available only for Executive and Junior Suite room.
- Parking:
Complimentary car park applies for all in-house guests.
- Age Requirements Policies:
Guest must be at least 18 years old or older with valid identification.
