Dear Fellow Rotarians
1. Thank you for your kind and strong support for the Inter City Meeting scheduled for Saturday, 21 May 2016 with RI Pres Ravi as Guest of Honor. We now have a confirmed attendance of 322 persons including many overseas guests and Rotarians.
2. The Organising Committee would like to invite PDGs, District Leaders and Senior Rotarians (Hon Members etc), Interactors, Rotaractors and Teacher Advisors (if any) to have a private meeting with RI Pres Ravi and Spouse Vanathy.
3. Pl be at Hibiscus Room, Shangri La hotel, at 4pm on Saturday 21 May 2016. There will be photo opportunities and a chance to have a short private conversation with RI Pres Ravi.
4. For safety and security reasons, may we ask that you proceed to the Ballroom Foyer for Cocktails after your meeting so as to allow as many of these specially invited Guests to meet RI Pres privately at Hibiscus Room without jeopardizing any safety and security issues.
5. Lastly, a short reminder that the dress code is Ethnic Formal.
