Remarks:
- Please note that your payment is processed by Stripe Payment. All payment will be pay in RINGGIT MALAYSIA.
- Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants are required to make their own hotel bookings.
Terms and Conditions
- If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, he/she may find a replacement from within the same Rotary District.
- Any change in name or submitted personal information in the registration after 12 April 2025 12:00 noon will be subject to a charge of RM50 as administrative fee.
- Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not able to transfer his/her registration to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply:
- Each registered event cancelled before 01 April 2025 12:00 noon will be refunded after deducting RM50 penalty fee per event per registrant for administration costs incurred.
- Registrations cancelled after 01 April 2025 12:00 noon will not be eligible for any refund.
