Dear Fellow Rotarians,
The Rotary Club of Garden City is proud to announce that we will be hosting the 22nd District 3310 Conference. The conference is scheduled to take place in the Phuket Graceland & Spa, Phuket City, Thailand , 24-26 May 2013 under the theme “Making a Difference: Peace through Service”.
There will be several events such as Governors Meeting, District Leadership Seminar, seminars and speakers, Spouse program, Golf fellowship and House of friendship.
This conference will give many of us the opportunity to broaden our understanding of Rotary both locally and overseas, establish social networking with other Rotarians and hence meet our fellowship expectations. It may also allow other Rotarians from the host country to attend our conference to share their experiences with us and to learn from other one another.
Our committee is working hard to make this conference a Fun, Family, Friends and good Fellowship event that everyone will enjoy and remember.

We have a limited block of rooms from Superior, Deluxe std, Deluxe-Pool view, Family Room (Mini Suite) and Graceland Suite reserved at discounted rate for single/twin occupancy including breakfast. The special rate is only valid form 22 to 28 may 2013. All rates are quoted are nett and is inclusive of Government tax and Service charges . Please refer to our Hotel Booking form for more details.
Early registration bonus
Register and pay by February 25th, your registration number will go into a drawing for the following prizes that will be drawn at the conference.

Your conference registration package will include a conference bag with the souvenir program booklet, sights and sounds of Phuket, tourist maps and other relevant information; tea & coffee break, lunches, Welcome dinner and Governors banquet.District Leadership Seminar registration is inclusive of lunch.
Fellowship Golf registration does not include lunch and refreshments.
