District Awards for 2015 / 2016

Dear Presidents

District awards deadline have been extended to 31 March, 2016 except for the District World Class President Award.Please see attached the revised forms reflecting the change.

Please submit the forms directly to the District Chair or person in charge the awards. They will consolidate the award for the portfolio and submit their decisions to the Awards committee chaired by myself. All decisions will the final after consultation with awards committee and DG Philip Chong.
