Dear Club Presidents, Secretaries & PE/SE
I am assisting DGE Dr Abraham with the district directory which we aim to have printed & ready for distribution
at District Assembly in April 2010. I need your assistance in furnishing me with relevant information such as
your committee members particulars & photos.

As we need to send this to the printer by March, I would appreciate your kind attention in submitting the
following forms by 25 February 2010.
Incoming President & BOD form

The BOD is based on the CLP format. However, if you are not CLP based or have other directorial positions,
you can easily just add it in. As much as possible, pls include the BOD’s email address.
This will enable district officers to contact them rather than sending every email to the presidents.
Eg. district Vocational chairman can contact the club vocational chairman.
In the event that you do not have their BOD ready or do not have their email contact listed,
Please submit as much info/details as you can. You can also add your club website address & club logo.
These are optionals tho.
Please advise the estimated number of members and the names of their interact clubs & rotaract clubs.
We need to know the estimated number of copies of directories & newsletter to send to you.
So far, I have only received response from Rotary Club of Mersing. Thank you!

We need each club to double check if their meeting venue & dates are correct.
Deadline
Date of submission is by 25 February. The earlier you submit, the better.
This is because we aim to have the directory printed by District Assembly.
The onus is on each club. If they are not ready with BOD, we need at least the president/sec contacts, the names of interact/rotaract & the estimated number of members.
