On 14 November 2022, I have announced that the District Nominating Committee has selected Dr. Shahul Hameed of the Rotary Club of Singapore as the candidate for District 3310 Governor for Rotary Year 2025-26.

Rotary International Bylaws Article 12.030.7 allows for Rotary clubs to propose challenging candidates. At the close of the challenge deadline of 28 November 2022 23:59 PM, no club has proposed a challenging nomination.

In accordance with Rotary International Bylaws 12.030.10, it gives me great pleasure to declare Dr. Shahul Hameed of the Rotary Club of Singapore as the District Governor-nominee-designate (DGND) of Rotary District 3310. Dr. Shahul Hameed will assume the title of District Governor-nominee (DGN) on 1 July 2023, two years before serving as District Governor in 2025-26.
