The programme is a 2-day training for facilitators invited by the District Governor Elect who is the Convenor for Training in District 3310. Facilitators are selected from recommendations by the District Training Team with consensus of members in the team. The training prepares facilitators to train President Elects in the District.
Facilitators are trained and equipped to be familiar with basic trainer’s skills. They are also trained to facilitate one of three modules that has been designed for the President Elects.
The modules include:
Design and contents of each module are created by professional trainers who have expertise in the subject matter.
Facilitators will be selected to train in PETS (1), which will run in the four regional centres:
Facilitators will also be selected to train in PETS (2), which will run together with DISTAS.
