Thirty four clubs were recommended. So far, I have not received the certs from RI. They said that they have ’too many requests to handle’. I sent it to them before the April 15 deadline.

PE Dr Anga of RC Johor Bahru is planning to carry out a MG literacy project in Johor to buy books for distribution to about 10 rural schools to encourage reading habits in English, Chinese, Malay, and Indian languages.
A few Sinagpore and Johor clubs have agreed to join hands. District 3360 in Thailand has agreed to come in with their DDF fund.
I am inviting and seeking more local and international (Singapore, Brunei) partners clubs — with cash contribution in the form of restricted giving to The Rotary Foundation — to join in this meaningful project.
